Curriculum VitaeI was born in Macon, Georgia (USA). My parents, Clarence and Virginia Powell, Brought me up in the Southern Baptist Tradition. In 1974 I married Sheila Phillips and in 1980 we had one child, Chastity Brooke Powell. I have become a Grand Father of five. Since that beginning I have earned Doctorates in Counseling Psychology and Theology. I speak English, German, and studied Latin, Hebrew, and Ancient Greek.Founder of Crosswinds International Ministries (2002), an initiative seeking unity and peace through deepening interfaith understanding and relationships. Mentor for International ministers and ministries. Education
1972: Graduate Southwest High School, Macon Georgia.1972-1976 Community College of the Air Force. (Eastern Washington State University)1982-1984 Bachelors of Theology (Southwestern Assemblies of God University).1991-1993 Masters of Divinity (Jacksonville Theological Seminary).

1993-1995 Dual Doctorates (Jacksonville Theological Seminary).

1994 Dr. Theology. (Jacksonville Theological Seminary).

1995 PHD Counseling Psychology. (Jacksonville Theological Seminary).

2010 - 2011 (Post Grad) Behavioral Health/Developmental Disabilities (Georgia State University)
